INFORMATION ABOUT OUR PROJECT CONSISTING OF 22 VILLAS

1-) M2 villas total usage area:

-2 floor villa being 3+1 200 m2

-2 floor villa being 4+1 200 m2

-2 villas 6+1 storeys 390 m2 (only 2 units can be built upon request)

-3 floor villa being 5+1 m2 (total 5 units) on 280 m2.

Note: Green area (garden), common area, sports area, Turkish bath, sauna, Finnish sauna, car parking area etc. are not added to the villa m2s.

2-) In the concept design, design work and studies were carried out taking into account the 4 seasons of 12 months of life.

-Separate entrances from the upper and lower road.

3-) The project is a conceptual design of a villa where modern technology and modern architecture combine, where care and sensitivity are at the forefront, where first class materials and workmanship meet. The villas are constructed of

-C-30 concrete is used due to its high strength and long service life.

-1. Constructed using 1st class materials and the latest mould technology.

- Special attention was paid to waterproofing at every point of the project.

-High ceilings at the entrances of the villas.
